1. Agreement to Terms

Welcome to GlobEarn! These Terms of Service (“Terms,” “Terms of Service”) govern your use of our mobile application and services (collectively, the “Service”) operated by GlobEarn (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years old to use GlobEarn.

By creating an account, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years of age
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract
• You are not prohibited from using the Service under Moroccan law or any other applicable jurisdiction
• All information you provide is accurate and truthful

2.2 Account Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. When registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security of your password
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

3. How GlobEarn Works

3.1 Earning Coins

Users can earn coins through various activities within the App:

• Watching Videos: View advertisement videos to earn coins
• Completing Tasks: Install apps, complete surveys, and participate in offers
• Playing Games: Engage with mini-games within the App
• Daily Check-ins: Receive coins for daily login
• Referrals: Earn commission from friends you refer
• Special Promotions: Participate in limited-time offers and contests

3.2 Coin Value and Conversion

The conversion rate between coins and real money is:

We reserve the right to adjust conversion rates at any time with prior notice to users.

3.3 Coin Limitations

• Coins have no cash value until withdrawn
• Coins cannot be transferred between users
• Coins do not constitute property or legal tender
• Coins expire after 365 days of account inactivity
• We may adjust coin values for specific activities

4. Withdrawals and Payments

4.1 Withdrawal Process

To withdraw your earnings:

1. Accumulate minimum balance of 10,000 coins (5 $)
2. Navigate to Wallet → Withdraw
3. Select payment method
4. Enter payment details
5. Submit withdrawal request
6. Wait for review and processing (24-72 hours)

• Maximum 1 withdrawal request per 7 days
• Maximum withdrawal: 100 $ per month for new users

4.4 Withdrawal Rejections

We may reject withdrawal requests if:

• Account information is incomplete or inaccurate
• Fraudulent activity is suspected
• Multiple accounts are detected
• Terms of Service have been violated
• Payment details are invalid

5. Prohibited Activities

You agree NOT to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

5.1 Fraud and Abuse

• Creating multiple accounts
• Using VPNs, proxies, or other methods to manipulate location
• Using bots, scripts, or automated tools
• Manipulating or gaming the earning system
• Falsifying information or identity
• Participating in offer fraud (fake installs, etc.)
• Sharing account credentials

5.2 Technical Violations

• Reverse engineering the App
• Attempting to hack or breach security
• Distributing malware or viruses
• Interfering with App functionality
• Scraping or collecting data without permission
• Overloading our servers

5.3 Misuse of Service

• Harassing other users or staff
• Posting inappropriate content
• Attempting to sell or trade accounts
• Using the Service for illegal purposes
• Violating intellectual property rights
• Impersonating other users or entities

6. Intellectual Property Rights

6.1 Our Rights

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by GlobEarn and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

This includes but is not limited to:

• GlobEarn name and logo
• App design and interface
• Graphics, icons, and images
• Software code and algorithms
• Content, text, and materials

6.2 License to Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:

• Download and install the App on your personal device
• Access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes
• Use the Service in accordance with these Terms

6.3 Restrictions

You may NOT:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the App
• Create derivative works
• Remove copyright or proprietary notices
• Use our branding without permission
• Commercially exploit the Service

7. User Content and Conduct

7.1 Your Responsibility

You are solely responsible for:

• All content you submit or post
• Your interactions with other users
• Compliance with these Terms
• Your use of third-party offers and services

7.2 Content Standards

Any content you submit must not:

• Contain offensive, hateful, or discriminatory material
• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe on others’ rights
• Contain spam or advertising
• Be false or misleading

7.3 Monitoring and Removal

We reserve the right to:

• Monitor user activity and content
• Remove any content that violates these Terms
• Suspend or terminate accounts
• Report illegal activity to authorities

8. Third-Party Services and Advertisements

8.1 Third-Party Offers

GlobEarn displays offers from third-party advertisers. By completing these offers, you:

• Agree to the terms of the third-party advertiser
• Understand that GlobEarn is not responsible for third-party services
• Release GlobEarn from any liability related to third-party offers
• Acknowledge that completion verification is handled by third parties

8.2 Advertisements

The Service contains advertisements from various providers:

• Google AdMob
• IronSource
• Unity Ads
• Other ad networks

We are not responsible for:

• Content of advertisements
• Products or services advertised
• Any transactions with advertisers
• Advertiser privacy practices

9. Disclaimers and Limitations

9.1 Service Availability

We strive to keep GlobEarn available 24/7, but we do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted access to the Service
• Error-free operation
• That defects will be corrected
• That the Service is free of viruses or harmful components

9.2 No Warranty

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

We disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to:

• Merchantability
• Fitness for a particular purpose
• Non-infringement
• Accuracy or reliability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GLOBEARN SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, data, or goodwill
• Service interruptions or errors
• Third-party content or actions
• Unauthorized access to your account

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU EARNED THROUGH THE SERVICE IN THE PAST 30 DAYS, OR 10 $, WHICHEVER IS LESS.

10. Account Termination

10.1 Termination by You

You may terminate your account at any time by:

• Contacting support@globearn.net
• Using the in-app account deletion feature

Upon account deletion:

• Your access to the Service will be terminated
• Unspent coins will be forfeited
• Personal data will be deleted (see Privacy Policy)
• You may not create a new account

10.2 Termination by Us

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately, without notice, for:

• Violation of these Terms
• Fraudulent activity
• Illegal conduct
• Abuse of the Service
• At our sole discretion

10.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination:

• All licenses granted to you will terminate
• You must cease all use of the Service
• Unprocessed withdrawals may be cancelled
• You remain liable for any outstanding obligations

11. Referral Program

11.1 How It Works

You can earn additional coins by referring friends:

• Share your unique referral link
• Friends sign up using your link
• You earn 20% commission on their lifetime earnings
• Bonus coins when friends reach milestones

11.2 Referral Rules

• Referred users must be genuine new users
• Self-referrals are prohibited
• Fake or incentivized referrals will be removed
• Commission is credited when referred user earns coins
• We reserve the right to modify commission rates

11.3 Referral Fraud

The following activities are prohibited:

• Creating fake accounts to refer yourself
• Paying people to sign up
• Using bots or automated tools
• Misleading advertising about earnings

Violations will result in:

• Removal of all referral earnings
• Account termination
• Permanent ban from referral program

12. Changes to Service and Terms

12.1 Service Modifications

We reserve the right to:

• Modify or discontinue any feature
• Change earning rates or conversion rates
• Add or remove payment methods
• Update minimum withdrawal amounts
• Introduce new features or services

12.2 Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make significant changes, we will:

• Post the updated Terms in the App
• Update the “Last Updated” date
• Notify you via email or push notification
• Give you 30 days to review changes

12.3 Acceptance of Changes

Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the new Terms, you must stop using the Service and may request account deletion.

13. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless GlobEarn, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorney fees, arising out of or in any way connected with:

• Your access to or use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any rights of another
• Your conduct in connection with the Service
• Any content you submit or post

14. Governing Law and Disputes

14.1 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Morocco, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

14.2 Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Service:

1. Informal Resolution: Contact us at support@globearn.net to resolve the issue informally
2. Mediation: If informal resolution fails, the parties agree to attempt mediation
3. Jurisdiction: Any legal action shall be brought in the courts of Morocco

14.3 Class Action Waiver

You agree to bring any dispute in your individual capacity only, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class or representative proceeding.

15. Miscellaneous

15.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and GlobEarn regarding the Service.

15.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

15.3 Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

15.4 Assignment

You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your account without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations without restriction.

15.5 Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform resulting from causes outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

• Natural disasters
• War or terrorism
• Government actions
• Internet service failures
• Power outages

15.6 Survival

Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including but not limited to:

• Intellectual Property Rights
• Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability
• Indemnification
• Governing Law and Disputes

16. Morocco-Specific Terms

16.1 Local Compliance

GlobEarn operates in compliance with Moroccan law, including:

• Data protection regulations (Law 09-08)
• Consumer protection laws
• Electronic commerce regulations
• Financial services regulations

16.2 Tax Obligations

You are responsible for:

• Reporting your earnings to tax authorities if required
• Paying any applicable taxes on your income
• Understanding your tax obligations under Moroccan law

16.3 Currency

All monetary references in these Terms are in US Dollars ($) unless otherwise specified. Local payment methods may use Moroccan Dirham (MAD).
